When going for my 6 month checkup, 2 cavities were found underneath 2 very old fillings. I received an appointment in 2 days. The cavities were removed and new fillings were put in. The whole procedure was painless and I had absolutely no pain after the freezing wore off. In the past it was quite common for new fillings to irritate me for several days, but not this time. I believe the Dentist's name was Dr. Deepde.

Dr Arora is the first dentist in over 50 years that I willingly go to. She is so gentle, kind, and pleasant to be around. She genuinely cares about her patients, even to the point of calling to make sure things are ok when something didn't quite go as planned during the procedure.

I had a really great experience. It was my first time visiting this location, and previously I'd only been to Holland Cross in Ottawa. People make a big deal about that spot, and it really is fantastic, but I had just as good an experience here. Thanks to everyone I saw, and don't miss your chance to hit the treasure chest.

I've been seeing Dr Arora for years after seeing so many other dentists (my teeth are garbage) . She's an absolute dream. She offers solutions and works through them with you. She's not hesitant to bring another professional in to help and she's very good about putting you on the exact treatment plan that's right for you. I've been struggling with my front teeth and alignment for years after some terrible crowns in the 90s, her and Dr Fung did an unbelievable job. They look fantastic and they took their time to make everything just perfect. I can't say enough amazing things about this brilliant woman.

The best thing with having Dr Arora as my dental-go-to is that between her two clinics she is always able to accommodate me at either clinic whenever I have to reach out for an emergency…..like the wisdom tooth issue this week. Called at 4pm, got an appointment next day 9am, and surgery booked in a few days later. Plus her team is always pleasant to deal with, timely follow ups and hygiene reminders (irritatingly so at times esp when I’m trying to avoid it!) and that makes the pain somewhat bearable! Thank you!

Excellent service that is courteous, friendly and very careful to make sure your dentist appointment is pain free and leave with a clean feeling in your mouth. Even dealing with someone who's had teeth issues all his life, the nurses and dentist are careful to make sure the comfort is there and the environment is calm and relaxing. Definitely a great place to go and get your dental needs. They even do insurance processing so that you can get the refund through (you'd be surprised by some businesses that don't offer this service), instead of you having to do the paperwork. A small detail but something that saves time in such a busy life we all lead. Keep up the great work, everyone. Appreciate all you do!

Got fillings done today and the experience was wonderful, I’ve never ever had a good experience at any other dentist offices before but the dents it’s here made my comfort their priority and they were patient. Completely painless and relaxing. 10/10 recommend.

Very welcoming and cheerful reception. The cleaning was wonderful and painless. My hygienist was amazing and gave me great feedback and tips to improve my oral health throughout the visit.

Great team they have there. From the receptionist to the hygienist to the Dentist. I recently got benefits through my wife's work and was finally able to go to the dentist after 5 years of not being able to. My initial consult was amazing, i went back 2 months later for my cleaning, then another couple weeks later to get my cavities filled, and have a consult for Invisalign. Koodos to the Dentistry @ CP and all the staff. Amazing job!
